Cancellation Policy

سياسة إلغاء الطلبات

1. إلغاء الطلب من قبل العميل

  • قبل الشحن: يمكنك إلغاء الطلب مجاناً وبالكامل طالما لم يُسلم لمندوب التوصيل، وذلك بالعادة خلال ساعتين من إتمام الطلب.
  • بعد الشحن: لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بمجرد خروجه للتوصيل، وينتقل التعامل معه إلى سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال.

2. كيفية طلب الإلغاء

تواصل معنا فوراً عبر البريد الإلكتروني lumenjo@outlook.com أو عبر الهاتف / واتساب +962 777 584 672 مرفقاً رقم الطلب الخاص بك. يُعتمد وقت وصول الطلب إلينا لتحديد إمكانية الإلغاء.

3. استرداد المبلغ بعد الإلغاء

  • الطلبات المدفوعة عبر CliQ: يُعاد المبلغ خلال 7 أيام عمل.
  • الطلبات بالدفع عند الاستلام (COD): لا يوجد مبلغ مدفوع، ويُلغى الطلب مباشرة دون أي رسوم.

لا نفرض أي رسوم إلغاء على الطلبات التي تُلغى قبل الشحن.

4. إلغاء الطلب من قبل المتجر

يحتفظ متجر Lumen JO بحق إلغاء أي طلب وإعادة المبلغ المدفوع (إن وجد) بالكامل في الحالات التالية:

  • نفاد المنتج أو الجهاز من المخزون.
  • وجود خطأ واضح في السعر أو وصف المنتج على الموقع.
  • عدم اكتمال بيانات التوصيل أو تعذر التواصل مع العميل.
  • الاشتباه بعملية احتيالية أو غير مصرح بها.

في جميع هذه الحالات، سنقوم بإبلاغك فوراً وإعادة المبلغ إذا تم الدفع مسبقاً.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Before shipping: You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been handed over for delivery, typically within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • After shipping: The order can no longer be cancelled once dispatched and will be handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

Contact us immediately at lumenjo@outlook.com or via phone / WhatsApp at +962 777 584 672, quoting your order number. Eligibility is determined by the exact time your cancellation request reaches us.

3. Refunds Following Cancellation

  • CliQ transfer orders: Refunded within 7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: No payment has been taken, so the order is cancelled at no charge.

No cancellation fees are applied to orders cancelled before shipping.

4. Cancellation by Lumen JO

We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund (if applicable) in the following cases:

  • The product or device is out of stock.
  • An obvious pricing or product description error on the website.
  • Incomplete delivery details or the inability to reach the customer.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.

In all such cases, we will notify you immediately and refund the full amount if a payment was made.
